Blue quartz, also called Dumortierite, is a stone of order that can enhance organizational abilities, self-discipline, and orderliness. Physically, blue quartz can help with cooling the body, throat, thyroid, and parathyroid, detoxification, overstimulation, hyperactivity, spleen, endocrine system, and blood. Darker shades of Blue that are nearer to indigo in colour can also be used for the Third Eye Chakra.
